Passionate innovation leader with over a decade of experience driving startup ecosystems, incubation programs, and policy initiatives across higher-education institutions. Currently leading innovation and incubation at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
Prior roles include Regional Consultant and Startup Fellow with the Ministry of Education (Govt. of India), where I managed cohort programs, mentorship pipelines, and policy rollouts aligned to NISP and IIC frameworks.
